Applying her experiences within aerospace, private industry and government for approaching program management, Ms Yankowski will present effective steps to take to successfully implement an EHS Management System whether at a single site or Company wide.  The discussion will focus on implementing an EHS Management System (i.e., ISO 14001, RC 14001 and 18001) and include an overview of the following topics:

• Selling a program to non EHS Executives
• Outlining a program management approach
• Identifying an effective team and key partners
• Identifying key metrics to show progress
• Sharing lessons learned and the overall benefits of having an EHS Management System.

Cost: $ 30 if advance, $35 for walk in.
